Who may use the site
The site is meant for adults who live in the United States and who are old enough to enter a binding agreement in their state. Using the site confirms that these conditions are met.
Accounts and accurate details
Some features require an account. Account holders agree to provide true, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

- AriaMedicare may suspend or close an account that appears to be misused or built on false details.
Text messages and email
When consent is given on the signup form, AriaMedicare may send service related and promotional text messages about Medicare coverage. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

Information, not advice
